Oil seals
Oil seals have the important function of keeping stable the rotating elements of the machine, in order to avoid contamination of fluids and dust. Our company has a large stock of seals both in NBR nitrile compound and in VITON (FKM) for high temperatures.

O-rings, V-rings, lip seals
O-rings are an elastomer ring with circular section anf they are used in mechanics as a seal and gasket. They are designed to be inserted into special housings and to be compressed when two or more parts are assembled. The result is a solid and resistant seal.

NILOS rings
NILOS rings are the best solution to ensure a simple and compact seal for rolling bearings. The installation of a “universal” sealing system is the ideal solution to meet the needs of customers in various operating conditions and with different bearings.

LEIDENFROST rings
Labyrinth seals, also called Leidenfrost, consist of an inner steel ring and an outer aluminum ring. In labyrinth seals both rings are made up of two absolutely identical profiles, made with very high precision which, thanks to the centrifugal force given by the movement of the rings, guarantee a very high seal.

Adhesives and lubricants
LOCTITE products (threadlockers, instant adhesives, structural, sealants, blockers).
MOLYKOTE products (industrial lubricants, greases and pastes for high performance).

Bushings and bronze bushings
Bushings and bronze bushings (also known as sliding bearings) are mechanical components suitable for rotary, oscillatory and linear movements. Cylindrical bushings can carry radial loads only, while flanged bushings can carry radial and axial loads in one direction only.

Lock nuts and washers
Lock nuts are used to secure bearings on the shaft. They can also be used to mount bearings with a tapered bore on tapered seats and adapter sleeves and to dismount bearings from withdrawal sleeves. Lock nuts are often used to secure gears, belt pulleys and other machine components.
