Motion Transmission
Chain drives
Chain drive systems are used in a large number of industrial applications. They meet the requirements for wear and fatigue resistance above the minimum prescribed by ISO standards. The wide range available allows the creation of innovative and customized solutions.

Belt drives
Belt transmission is used to transmit motion between two distant shafts. Transmission is possible only if there is sufficient adhesion between the pulley and the belt to prevent slippage. The transmission of motion, therefore, occurs by friction of the belt on the periphery of the pulley. In addition to the V-belts and toothed belts on the market, there are many variants of both belts and pulleys to meet all customer needs.

Module gears and racks
Modulus gears are particularly suitable for transmitting motion between two rolling elements. They can have straight teeth, helical or conical teeth and can be machined to design. Through the use of gears it is possible to transmit both rotational motion and transverse motion if the use of racks is used. They constitute the simplest, cheapest and most effective system of motion transmission and are widely used in the power transmission sector.

Trapezoidal screws
Trapezoidal screws transform a rotational movement into linear movement and are mainly used for making linear actuators. They are also used in handling systems, lifting tables and to control the stroke of mechanical jacks. Trapezoidal screws are widely used where robustness and impact resistance are required, due to strong and sudden stress, resistance to corrosion and wear. Often they mount the nut in bronze, this system allows very efficient, smooth and low noise translations.

lLocking devices
The locking system by means of friction locking devices makes one or more members integral with the shaft that allow to transmit motion or bear a radial thrust. The frictional coupling allows the elimination of the play giving a greater precision of rotation to the keyed part without requiring tight diametrical tolerances. By means of the thrust cones, a pressure is developed between the shaft and the hub which allows to securely fix pulleys, gears, chain wheels, drums, flywheels, etc. The ease of assembly and disassembly offers the user the possibility of optimizing assembly and reducing its costs.

Transmission joints
The transmission or coupling joints are devices whose purpose is to connect two coaxial shafts. In addition to the precise transfer of torque, the main task of the couplings is to compensate for the misalignment between the motor side and the user side.
There are numerous versions on the market designed for the most diverse industrial applications.
